This project taught me a few things about fattening up lithe, muscular models. I chunked them up by adding green stuff to the thighs and underarms.

Shadespire: Slaugrik's Exiles
Slaugrik detested this place. It disgusted him and left him unsettled. A city of death went against everything the new god stood for. It was static and cold, rather than caught in an endless cycle of death and rebith. He never thought he would, but tonight, he wished for the corrosive skies of his homeport, Barak Thag.

Grog-Sothoth Awakens
Smitty Cystongue twisted and turned and cried out in his sleep. His dreams were haunted by visions of something horrible lurking at the edges of reality, clawing at his sanity. It bore likeness to his old Captain Grog, but he knew it was something new. It called itself the dread pirate Captain Grog-Sothoth. Returned from the realm of the dark gods of chaos, it called to Smitty. He awoke feverish and sweating, his boils pulsing and irritated, with one last lingering image burned into his mind.

The Soulless Sea pt.3 - Pirates!
Got this map from a wizened duardin, claimed to have been born before chaos took the realms, not that I'd believe an old pirate. Anyhow, a story come with it, one that was too good to be true, but it might just be.

Magore’s Fiends
I knew I wanted to get Magore's Fiends because my favorite warband to play so far has been Gor-rek's Reavers. I didn't actually have a plan in mind for these guys when I bought them, but it didn't take me long to stumble across something fun. I was just dry fitting bitz, trying to decide between mutation, or nurglifying them, or carving them down and putting Bretonian heads on them when I dry fitted an extra Great Unclean One tongue to Magore's gaping belly, and then moved it up to his head! I was sold on the idea, and went from there.

Leish Maniasis
Leish was actually the founding member of the Shepherds of Rot. Upon coming of age, he left his barbarian tribe to wander the Mortal Realms with his trusty hounds. Leish has a relatively gentle and personable demeanor, and as he traveled he found other misfit children of Nurgle who decided to accompany him on his journey.
Leish's truest calling is to his hounds, Mange and Flybait, but he feels an affinity toward all of the grotesque beasts that are beloved to Nurgle.

The Flames of Penitence
Having recently acquired Nightvault, I've got a new warband up and running! I've made a Dark Age of Sigmar inspired conversion of Averon's Cursebreakers.

The Flesh of Mournstead
The people of Mournstead lived in poverty and fear, but humans have the amazing talent of finding happiness even in the most dire of circumstances.

Rotbelly
Zharr Goroth whips bit into Rotbelly's hide. They drove him forward, into a blackiron cage to be loaded onto one of their massive daemon engines. The Daemon Whisperer stepped forward, raised his left hand, and gazed into Rotbelly's soul. Rotbelly felt an unnatural sense of calm wash over him. Before he even noticed what was happening, the cage was slammed shut, and he was being carted across the countryside, black smog belching from the engine's daemoniac smokestacks.

The Hand of The Pit
It's got the will of The Pit - In its hands
It's got the mommas and the poppas - In its hands
It's got the unwary children - In its hands
It's got the whole ruin in its hands.

Campaign: Heart of Darkness
I finally got things finished up for the Heart of Darkness campaign book! Hooray! I've already written several posts about it, but it's full of everything anyone could want from a Skirmish setting, Artefacts, a Command Trait, Mutations, Injuries, Spells, Prayers, and a Rewards Table. It has five battleplans designed with the Dark Age of Sigmar aesthetic and story-driven gameplay in mind. On top of that, it includes a brand new Quest mechanic.
I'm sure typos and whatnot will be found, so please let me know if you run across anything. You can find the new book on the AoS Downloads page.

The Shepherd
Olaf coughed, choking on the tainted air and choking up bloody bits of Nurgle knows what. Looking around, he noticed that nobody was watching, so he coughed louder and doubled over as if writhing in agony. Maybe if the overseers saw how blessed he was, he would get recruited into the ranks of the Plaguetown yeoman.

Dark Age of Sigmar: Exploring the Ruins
The last major piece of content for "Heart of Darkness" is the Skirmish Rewards of Battle table. For Dark Age of Sigmar, I thought it should focus on storytelling, so this Rewards of Battle table is kind of a hybrid between the Skirmish book version, and the old Mordheim exploration tables.

Dark Age of Sigmar: Quests part 3
The third and final quest is my favorite so far. We've got one quest that grants you a special Command Trait, one that grants you a special Artefact (which has been tweaked a fair bit since I shared it with you), and now one that grants your warband a special Battle Trait.

Dark Age of Sigmar: Broke Down
In this battleplan, your cart has broken down in an eerily silent village. As the sun nears the horizon the villagers, uncomfortable with the presence of strangers in their sleepy hamlet, begin to stream from their homes. Thanks for the idea for the battleplan posted in the comments section.

Dark Age of Sigmar: Quests part 2
The second quest I have devised for the Dark Age of Sigmar is the Lich's Eye. Each quest is a personal mini-campaign that you can play through to build a fun pulp story for your warband. In this quest, your leader has come into possession of a Lich's Eye and seeks to use it to harness the power of immortality.

Dark Age of Sigmar: Grave Robbing
What atrocities are perpetrated under the cover of night? Even the dead are not safe from the ravages of the Dark Age of Sigmar. A Brain, an Eye, and a Heart can fetch a high price at market. They can be used to cast a forbidden spell, brew a noxious potion, or even augur a malign portent.

Orm
Orm likes marauding, reading the collected works of Rotigus' plague prophecy, and spreading blight. He hopes to someday visit the Garden of Nurgle. He was raised in a Nurgle worshiping tribe with kind and loving parents who lavished him with wonderful diseases and plagues; but it seems that fate had something else in store for him.

Dark Age of Sigmar: Against the Darkness
I like to imagine that the Dark Age of Sigmar is filled with grim survivors eking out a living in the inhospitable landscapes of the mortal realms (as evidenced by my previous battleplan). These villagers take shifts stoking the fires that protect them from the encroaching darkness each night, keeping the horrors that dwell there at bay. Sometimes, though, the things in the dark are worse than the occasional Chaos Spawn, or other twisted abomination that can be shot down with crossbows and put to the torch come morning.
